I bought 2 dress’ from generation outcast clothing and loved them both!! Got compliments all night on them I will definitely be ordering for here again :)

The clothing is overhyped and the quality is very poor, ordered a bunch of stuff during their sale and was definitely not worth it. Save your money and buy from other sites!

This company is a scam. I ordered a dress from here and what i received was no where near the quality of the pictures of the dress worn by the models. The sewing was crooked making the back of the dress a fair bit higher than the front and the hems on the bottom of the dress weren't even sewn, so it was unravelling as soon as i got it out of the package. Their refund policy wont allow me to get my money back as well which is appalling, they have practically stolen $70.

Shipping took about a month and the quality is not good at all. Super weird fit of the dress, would fit an oompa loompa. Never buying from again

Robbing b@#$%ds stole my money from me. Ordered three things and only one arrived, when I chased it they said it had been returned to them and that I would only get a partial refund onto store credit which I still have not received. I have requested a full refund to my card and they have continued to refuse me a refund. Utterly disgraceful way to treat a customer I would not recommend shopping with them at all! Theives!

I recently order something in my regular size (M) and for some odd reason the sizing was so off the top felt like an XL and the bottoms were super tight like a S. Not only is their sizing terrible but the quality was so bad it was like shein/aliexpress wuality just 10 times the price. When I returned my order I had to pay for shipping myself and it arrived a week ago yet they still haven’t sent me an update and have ignored all my contact forms and emails and dms. Company is a scam. don’t recommend buying from here, shein is more legit and 10 times cheaper anyways so don’t bother. Don’t make the same mistake i did xx lost just about $100 cos of this company????

I have a couple sets from here and I absolutely love them!! They fit perfectly, great material & they look amazing on. (:

If I could give no stars I would! To begin with, the least of the issues - shipping. It takes forever, at least couple weeks , preorder several months. Second, the quality. The quality is worse than forever 21 for the price of Aritzia. Literally the worst online clothing store I’ve ever purchased from. Items are huge and DO NOT look the same as pictures. That’s why they have only their own models show off their clothes - because they are scamming people. Oh yeah, and if you want to make a return - they won’t give you your money back , only store credit so you can get more horrible clothes if you can even because they’ll take a fee from what you paid. Cherry on top, customer service! I had several orders and one got lost and they refused to give me a refund, again only store credit, even though didn’t receive the item. Customer service response was quote “awww sorry girly well sucks for you hopefully you find it and love it!!!”. Literally hate them. Don’t order from them.

ordering clothes from new websites makes me so paranoid but, generation outcast is amazing. i placed an order yesterday and the next day the arrived. be ware on sizing though. i am an xs and they said model was size 6 (like me) wearing a small. yet when i purchased jeans they were like a 10 on me. images make it look tight and perfect but they must’ve used clips. because they’re extremely baggy and loose. other than that good quality. price is a bit out there! use need15 for 15% off!

The quality of clothing is so bad.
Nothing like the photos. Items models wearing must have been taped and pinned at the back to make it fit properly. Also I received two items that had pen marks and ripped fabric. They refused to refund stating the damage was only minor and their policy states the only refund if it’s a major fault. Apparently they decide what is minor and major damage, not the customer.
Dodgy terrible rip off company.

I placed with Generation Outcast an order from USA in July 24,2020. Today is 9/28/2020 and I have not yet recieved my order. The company contacted me via email stating tht they needed a copy of my passport, credit card and credit card statement, that my order looked suspicious and that they take fraud very seriously. I replied to them that I did not feel saved sending such personal information, that I buy things online and never was I asked to send such information. I also told them that my credit card passed with no problem. I asked for them to either send me the order of refund me card back. Their responsewas that they could only give me a store credit. I have never heard such thing. I haven't even received my order and they want to give me a store credit? We are talking about $640 USA. I contacted my credit card company and told them what was going on and they thought is was suspicious of Generation Outcast to ask me for all that info, so I started a dispute to get me money back. After a month, my credit card contacted me stating that Generation Outcast contacted them and told them they had sipped my order. On top of that they recharged my credit card no $640 BUT $656. Why? Who knows! As of today 9/28/2020 I have not received any order, no communication with Generation Outcast and now I have to dispute and fight for this charge. I am very dissapointed with this company. I usually dont write reviews. If you read this, I can only advise you to be very careful with this company. As of me, I defenitly wont buy anything else from this store. And I hope I can solve this problem.
